Ingreedients:
6 medium apples
125 g butter
1 cup suger
3/4 cup syrup
1,5 cup oatmeal
ground cinnamon
Cut the apples in even slices and put them in an owen proof bowl. Season with cinnamon and a bit of the suger.
In a pan you put the butter, suger and syrup. Heat it until all is melted and start to boil. Take it off the heat and add the oatmeal. Stir and when all is well mixed pour it over the apples. Put it in the ovn for about 15 min (225 C). Serve with whipped cream seasoned with vanilla.
